AlutechBond® Aluminum Composite Panel General Properties

Aluminum composite panel is a construction material that consists of a low density polyethylene filler sandwiched between two aluminum sheets. Thanks to an adhesive granule, sheets are fixed to the polyethylene. The upper aluminum sheet is pre-painted and has a very high surface endurance. Lightness, aesthetic appearance, fast and easy installation, high sound and heat insulation, a wide range of color and flexible project feasibility are the main features of our composite panels. ALUTECHBOND® Aluminum Composite Panels can be used at temperatures ranging from -50 °C to +80 °C; it offers a warranty for 20 years. Interior and exterior walls of buildings, decoration applications and advertising panels are the main structures that utilize these panels. All material used in the production of composite panels are recyclable.
 
Our composite panel line has an annual capacity of 4,200,000 square meters utilizing sheets within a thickness range of 0.30 to 0.50 mm, and width between 1,000 and 1,500 mm.
 
Our products conform to the requirements of not only A2 and B1 Exova and WarringtonFire combustibility test reports but also feature certificates of ERA, TSE, G Certificate of Conformity, TSE National Technical Approval, ISO 9001: 2015, OHSAS 18001: 2007, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management, Gost-R, Russia Fire, ITP Poland.
