As our company produces aluminum profiles since 1994, we are able to easily produce even the most difficult profiles thanks to our 25 years of production experience. In our new aluminum billet production department which was added to our facility in 2015, we produce 55.000 tons of billets each year. Our casting department has a closed area of 2.600 m2 which is equipped with cranes. Our casting house is equipped with melting furnace, homogenization furnace and cooling cabins. All of the processes are done automatically with the latest technology homogenization furnace and cooling cabin, with a loading car.

The processes start with melting, and continue with alloying, gas extraction, filtration, casting, cutting, homogenization, cooling and packing. The billets casted in our casting house are 5”, 6”, 7”, and 8”, with a max length of 7500 mm. These billets can be cast with the default alloys (1050, 1350, 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082 and 6463) or any special requests. To reach the required quality in our billets, spectral analysis and controls are done on the material before and after each casting with spectrometer. After homogenization, shell thickness is measured, micro structure is controlled, segregation is done and grain limit is analyzed. The production of aluminum profiles conducted in our extrusion lines with a wide range of products, for various industries purposes.

We have 7 presses which are listed below, in our extrusion department:
