Sistem is a full integrated plant having the facilities starting from die production, extrusion, powder-coating, anodizing and some final machining applications under one roof. 

Our die production unit supports our extrusion with it’s CNC centers, modern equipment and qualified staff. Die production of special customer profiles are also done at this unit with high tech equipments. 

Sistem is continuously growing its strength in the market writh a product range over 6000 dies . In accordance with customer drawing profile production, this number keeps increassing each day. 

Our powder coating line has a capacity of 6000 tons/year. In addition to the standerd RAL colours, special customer colours are also supplied . Profiles are pretreated in accordance with qualicoat specifications and are taken to production with automatic conveyer belts. We are able to supply up to max. 6.500 mm length at our powder coating line which operates according to Qualicoat Standards. 

Our anodising line which is installed within 2006 has the latest technology and is able to process 7.000 mm length profiles. We are also able to offer special customer colours from our anodising line which has a monthly capacity of 500 tons. 

Fix length cutting with sensitive tolerances, punching, seal and foil aplications are among the final services supplied to our customers at our plant. Packing is done in accordance with profile’s requirements and/or customer’s instructions. 

Minimizing the negative effects to environment at each step of our procedures like Desing , Extrusion, Distribution, End use and showing max. effort to prevent environmental pollution is our basic philosophy. 

Our company which targets continuous development and to be a leading company of Aluminium branch, keeps moving fast to this goal together with the Quality System studies we are running. Our plant which has TSE, ISO 9001:2000 certificates is on the level of completing the studies for Qualicoat for powder coating and Qualanod for anodising. Our principal is to produce according to Total Quality Mangement philosophy and to keep customer satisfaction on the highest level. 

Our export quantity which is over 80 % of all our capacity proves the success of our company.
